We are pleased to report that our company is thriving!  As a result, our team of A+ players is looking for an A+ Administrative Assistant to join our small, dynamic real estate firm.  Your real title will be Director of First Impressions, and your mission will be to support our current Assistants' roles in taking exceptional care of our clients, and to make anyone who interacts with the Sold By An Angel Real Estate® brand feel fantastic!

We represent our clients in the home buying and selling process.  Sold By An Angel Real Estate® provides Premium Red Carpet Service building lifetime relationships with our clients.  We represent our clients with Integrity, Passion, Knowledge, and Synergy.  Our clients can always depend on us to provide consistent service earning us the privilege to receive referrals of their family and friends.

You are the A+ Assistant we are looking for if you are:

  • Positive and friendly
  • Polished and professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Dependable and Punctual

  • Able to carefully follow written instructions 
  • Consistent in utilizing correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Computer savvy with demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

As our Director of First Impressions, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Have a high level of client and professional contact via phone and in person
  • Provide clerical support to Broker and Associates
  • Use office and industry computer applications 
  • Schedule appointments
  • Client service, care, and follow up
  • Prepare client correspondence
  • Scan and file
  • Data entry
  • Light office cleaning 
  • Deliveries and errands

The Details:

  • Hours: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in North Salt Lake
  • Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
  • No Benefits
  • Must have reliable transportation and drivers license
  • We perform a background check and drug screening on all potential candidates
  • No telephone calls, please
  • No employment agencies, please

 There is an idea expressed in "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" that says working to learn is better than working to earn; that if I work to learn, the rest will always follow and always be greater. Every week in Mastermind I write the answer to Angel the same way: I work here because I want to learn to be the best. 

 I can't imagine what the experience would have been like for me if I had gone with one of those stuffy old broker/hiring agents that I had interviewed with. Ones where you get to the office on the first day and they give you a REPC and say "read this over and let me know if you have any questions."  While there is still opportunity in that situation, I am well aware that what I have here is not exactly comparable. That I am being groomed to stand out in the industry. This is what I wanted when I decided to go to Stringham Schools. 

Lastly, I was drawn here because of the sense of ego that I got from my first interview with Angel. I have worked for one or two outliers in my working life so far and it taught me to always stick with people who have what I want. In any competitive situation, that sort of ego can drive a team better than any other trait. It was the immediate tell that I was talking to a winner, someone who was already the best.
